PRIVACY POLICY
Princely University is committed to protecting your privacy. Your email will not be used for any other purpose than contacting you for Princely University related matters.
Our University Web sites have security measures in place to protect against the loss, and alteration of the information under our control. We utilize industry standard SSL encryption when accepting your credit card information during the online ordering process.

SHIPMENT POLICY
We provide free shipping to all our students by the quickest and most secure service providers.

REGISTRATION RIGHTS
The student has the right to cancel registration and receive the corresponding refund according to the Princely refund policy. Princely shall make the refund within 30 days of cancellation. Princely considers the program start date, the day that the student books have been ordered. The cancellation notice must be signed & sent in writing to the corresponding Princely office.

INSTITUTION RIGHTS
Submitting falsed documentation or including false information will result in the dismissal of the student and the loss of all registration & paid tuition fees.
If the payment plan is not met for two consecutive months a penalty fee of $50 will be charged. The Student degree will not be awarded until all tuition & other dues are paid.

REFUND POLICY

  • Application Fee:
    200 €/$ is required for Expert, Bachelor’s Master’s, and Doctorate programs.
    The application fee is not refundable.
  • Tuition Fee refund:
    • Full Tuition Refund – 15 days written notice from admission date:
      - The cost of the textbooks sent to student will be deducted from the tuition fee paid.
      - 100% of payment will be refunded.
    • Partial Tuition Refund – 16 to 30 days written notice from admission date:
      - The cost of the textbooks sent to student will be deducted from the tuition fee paid.
      - 70% of payment will be refunded.
    • There will be No Tuition Refund after 30 days from the date of admission.

LEGAL STATUS
Princely University is a privately owned, legally formed University.
Princely International University is authorized to grant Bachelor, Master and Doctorate degrees.

LIBRARY RESOURCES
All students are encouraged to use local library resources in their region. Students are also encouraged to benefit from online library resources and information databases using the Internet.

BOOKS AND STUDY MATERIALS
Students enrolled in Princely University Distance learning programs will receive their textbooks and all other course materials at no additional cost.

AUTHENTICATION OF DOCUMENTS
All official academic documents (transcripts, certificates and diplomas) are embossed with the Princely University corporate seal.
All graduates will receive a degree certificate suitable for display. Degree will not mention any comment about distance learning. Students may request an apostil, local notarization for an additional fee. Contact the student support center for current fees. The official transcript and degree certificate awarded upon graduation are free; request for additional transcripts should be accompanied by a $25.00 payment for each document. The fee for replacement diplomas is $50.00 each. When certification of the degree is requested, an additional certificate will be issued containing the desired certifications.

AWARD OF DEGREES AND TRANSCRIPTS
The Academic supervisor will recommend award of the appropriate degree when the following requirements have been met:

  • Satisfactory completion of all course work;
  • Approval of the project or thesis;
  • Full payment of all tuition, fees and costs;
  • Written approval of the supervising professor for Doctoral degrees.

At that point Princely University Academic Board will award the degree to the student.

ENROLLMENT AND REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
To apply for Princely University Degree programs, complete the Application form and send with accompanying documents the application fee of US $200.00 to Princely University Regional Delegation office to which you country is affiliated.

The following documents are required for evaluation, and need to be sent with the application;

  • Copies of all Secondary School, Bachelors, Masters and other diplomas
  • Copies of all academic transcripts from each school attended
  • A passport-sized photo of the applicant
  • CV in English
  • Work certificate if you have a work experience
  • Workshop /Training certificate if you have done them
  • A notarized Copy of your passport

ACCEPTANCE STATUS

APPLICANT STATUS
Applicant status is granted to those who have provided all required documents including: an Application for Admission form, official transcripts of prior college course work and verification of professional work experience when required.

PROVISIONAL ACCEPTANCE STATUS
Provisional acceptance Status is granted for applicants who have sent all required documents + Application form and have paid their application fee, and have been accepted to start their degree by the academic board of Princely.

STUDENT STATUS
Are Accepted students who have paid their first payment.

GRADUATE STATUS
Are the Princely students that have successfully passed all their assignments.

TUITION PAYMENT OPTIONS
Princely provide payment several payment options to accommodate its students.

  • Full Payement:
    Pay the total program tuition at registration. In this case the student receives a 10% discount.
  • Partial Payment Option:
    Pay the total program tuition in two installments; 1st payment at the time of registration, and the second half within six(6) month of 1st payment.
  • Student Loan Option :
    Pay 35% of the total program tuition at registration, with the remainder to be paid in six (6) or twelve (12) consecutive monthly installments. In this case a loan interest rate apply.

SUSPENSION POLICY
A student may be suspended from Princely University degree program for the following reasons:

  • The student GPA (Grade Point Average) falls below minimum accept levels :
  • The student fails to complete his or her degree program within the maximum allowable time unless mitigating circumstances prevail.

DISMISSAL POLICY
A student may be dismissed from the University for any of the following reasons:

  • Providing the University with false application or enrollment information.
  • Cheating or helping others to cheat on course work or written papers.
